Namae
is dating Hizoku, and attends the same school as she and Masayume. he is friendly and sociable but doesn't seem to have a strong conviction either way, which is probably why he and Hizoku are able to date; he is easily slightly naive and seems to go along with what Hizo says.

Miss Shuzai
is the head of the dream library in Masayume's region. she is a bit scatterbrained but means well. she has a vast knowledge of dream research and is one of the original members from the first research group consisting of extremely intelligent scientists, professors, psychologists, etc, but her bubbly and caffienated personality suggest there must be something strange about her.

Mister Tayori
is the founder of 'catcher' machines that capture and record dreams. he and Shuzai are old aquaintances. he is generally kind but very concise and simply completes the tasks he is assigned to.

Kyuumu
is a reoccuring character in Masayume's dreams.

Lacuna
is a volunteer in the dream research program. she also volunteers as a nurse and composes music. she uses her catcher machine to record songs she writes in her dreams.

Yumemiru
is a comatose high school student who is being used by the dream research program to further analyze the subconscious state of dreaming.

Junan and Mikomi
a corrupt program that runs in the Dream Library. it takes the form of a young boy (Junan) and a young girl (Mikomi), the "demon twins", as they are usually referred to. Junan is normally very quiet and calm but somehow is usually talking about depressing things. Mikomi is more loud, annoying and in-your-face, but she has more of a hopeful outlook on things. their tension causes chaos and destruction but can also cause the creation of harmony in new ways. of course, the corporation people don't like them too much because they are an uncontrollable element. to people like Masa they'd be a curiosity, though they constantly annoy her at work, she'd probably be pissed off if somebody tried to off them.
